During the technical segment of the class, you can expect to engage in various activities such as pad work, partner drills, and bag work. The curriculum is thoughtfully structured to cater to both beginner and intermediate levels, ensuring that all participants receive tailored instruction and guidance based on their individual skill levels.
The Class
The parents and kids Muay Thai class provides a dynamic training environment where parents can engage in their own martial arts journey alongside fellow parents, while their children train with peers of the same age group. This setup allows both parents and kids to acquire essential martial arts skills, while simultaneously forging new friendships and connections within the supportive community of the class.
