How The Class Works
Your first session begins with an orientation about our school and family. The class kicks off with a 30 minute workout and stretching routine, which is followed by and an hour of beginner level technical drills.
During the technical portion of the class, you will have an instructor to walk you through the fundamentals of Muay Thai.
You will also get an understanding of basic Thai culture.

You can book you Free Trial Sessions on 3 days:
Tuesdays from 7:30 - 9:30 pm
Thursdays from 7:30 - 9:30pm
Sundays from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
