Your first session begins with an orientation about our school and family. The class kicks off with a 30 minute workout and stretching routine, which is followed by an hour of beginner level technical drills.
During the technical portion of the class, you will have an instructor to walk you through the fundamentals of Muay Thai.
You will also get an understanding of basic Thai culture.
